Hōzuki-ichi "The Chinese Lantern Plant Fair"
at the crossing of Ōmachi, Aizu-Wakamatsu city
This is a summer tradition called "Hōzuki-ichi". The sale of chinese lantern plants, free sake, a portable shrine carried by children, and accompanying music will be held at the street that is opened as vehicle-free promenade.
